The Cyprus Tax Authorities will introduce this month the new online platform Tax For All – (TAF) is replacing TaxisNet, Tax Portal, and other parallel online systems used by the Cyprus Tax Authorities. TAF will provide tools to users and taxpayers with real-time information and a more friendly and efficient methodology for their tax matters. Furthermore, in cases where users would like to appoint Agents, this can take place electronically through the TFA by the Taxpayers.

Tax For All will be placed online in 3 stages:

1. Stage 1 will take place this month and will change the VAT procedures as the users will not use the TaxisNet platform. Still, instead, they will proceed via the TFA in submitting the VAT Return form, issuance of certificates including Tax Clearance – VAT only, VAT Registration Certificate or VAT Deregistration Certificate and online payments of their liabilities, retrieval online of the payment history, online request for a refund where this is applicable, etc.
2. The rest of the stages, being 2/3 are expected to be effected simultaneously in the 4th quarter of 2024

The Cyprus Tax Department will release a series of emails, including Instructions to all the registered emails in their database.
