K.P.S. Services Limited is a financial and corporate consultancy founded in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2000 by Kokos Skoullos. In 2011 Michael Kourouklas joined the firm as Managing Partner, and the firm expanded into new business sectors.
From its original base in a central business area of Nicosia, the firm has grown steadily ever since.
Our main service is company incorporation and management, delivered to high standards of quality, integrity and professionalism. Drawing on both local and international experience, we also provide accounting, VAT and tax services, administrative services, management and IT consulting, advice on citizenship and residency matters, guidance on yacht registration, and tailor-made seminars on request.
Our clients come from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including Israel, France, Greece, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, the Nordic countries, South Africa, Spain and Portugal.
