As the deadline for the payment of the Annual Levy of Euro 350 for the year 2019 to the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus is approaching, K.P.S. Services Ltd would like to inform all parties that the Annual Levy should be paid not later than the 30th of June 2019.
If your Company has not performed payments of the annual levy for previous years then the levy is adjusted accordingly as per below table:

In reference to the year 2019, all Companies are requested in meeting the foresaid deadline avoiding unnecessary interest on the Annual Levy due. In case of delay between the months 1st July 2019 to 31st August 2019 the Annual Levy will be Euro 385 i.e. 10% is charged.
After the 1st of September 2019 and onwards, the Annual Levy shall be Euro 490 i.e. 30% penalty additional to the original amount.
