Responsibilities
- Managing and administrating business correspondence
- Assisting management with administrative projects
- Arranging the management agenda and meetings
- Any administration matters of office falling within the Office Manager responsibilities
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Basic knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of office programs
- General knowledge of the insurance industry sector
- Holder of an insurance related diploma will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience of at least 5 years is essential
Remuneration
