Career Opportunity: Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Managing and administrating business correspondence
  • Assisting management with administrative projects
  • Arranging the management agenda and meetings
  • Any administration matters of office falling within the Office Manager responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of office programs
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry sector
  • Holder of an insurance related diploma will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years is essential

Remuneration

A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate based on his/ her level of experience.
