Career Opportunity: Junior Personal Assistant

Job Description

  • Answering all Company calls, liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and post
  • Completing travel coordination for stuff
  • Contributing to keeping out internal database up to date
  • Organizing meetings for Directors and Managers
  • Making necessary travelling arrangements for the Company Directors as per their request
  • Obtain and maintain all up to date KYC documentation for each company
  • Contact with bank(s) and other local authorities when needed
  • Organizing and collecting documents for notarization or legalization
  • Collecting signature of documents under the supervision of the team
  • Assisting with preparation and filing of company secretarial documents
  • Liaising with the administrative tasks related to the department/group on an hoc basis

Your Profile

  • You ere graduate in the administrative or Fiduciary services field or have 3 – 4 year’s work experience in a relevant business domain
  • You have a solid understanding of corporate companies and KYC procedures
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English
  • Fluency in French and/or German will be considered an asset
  • You are MS-Windows software literate, especially in Excel and Word
  • You demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problems
  • You are organized, flexible and able to manage several skills
  • You demonstrate good communication and reporting skills
  • You demonstrate a friendly, pleasant and reliable personality, focused on personal and professional integrity and confidentiality
  • You are a good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information)
  • You are autonomous, have strong organization skills and abilities to adapt, you have excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills
  • You are adept at meeting all deadlines
